Projectr collects limited information about visits, searches, viewing activity, and other use of the platform in order to operate and improve Projectr, provide usage reporting, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Individual user activity is treated as confidential. Projectr does not share information identifying individual users or their viewing or search activity with distributors, filmmakers, or other content providers. We may share aggregated or anonymized usage data with participating institutions and content providers.

Institutional Users

Projectr works with universities, libraries, and other institutions. Institutional administrators may have access to information necessary to manage their institution's Projectr account and users.

Administrators may also have access to aggregated usage information, such as title views and viewing activity. They do not have access to an individual user's search history or viewing history.

Information We Collect

When users register, Projectr may collect basic information such as name, email address, institution, and other contact information voluntarily provided by the user.

We may also collect technical and usage information, including login activity, searches, and film playback. This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve Projectr and to provide aggregated usage reporting.

Projectr does not sell users' personal information.

Payments

Payments made through Projectr may be processed securely by a third-party payment processor. Projectr does not directly store complete credit card information.
